We know starting something new can be a little daunting - especially when it involves unfamiliar equipment and a totally new style of movement. That’s why we’ve pulled together some of the most commonly asked questions to help you feel confident, comfortable, and excited to walk into your first class. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or just new to Rebound, we’ve got you. And if your question isn’t answered here, don’t stress – we’re always just a message away!.

  • We offer a mix of movement and mindfulness-based classes to support your body and your mind:

    • Reformer (All Levels): Our signature full-body class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling empowered. Suitable for beginners through to advanced clients – our accomodating instructors will personalise the class for you based on your unique needs.

    • Release & Restore: Reformer Mobility: A slower-paced class designed to lengthen, loosen and restore. Think gentle stretches, mindful movement, and breathwork - perfect for recovery days, busy minds, or stiff bodies.

    • Sound Healing: A calming, class that uses sound and vibration to help you completely reset. Expect deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a full-body sense of calm.

    These classes are all designed to complement each other - so you can train hard, recover well, and leave feeling strong, refreshed and totally in your power - no matter what life has thrown at you that day!

  • Each class is 50 minutes long, giving you an efficient, full-body workout.

  • Absolutely! Our instructors are among the best in the business, bringing both experience and certified expertise to each class.

  • Each class is led by one qualified instructor, ensuring focused guidance and personalised support.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted workout attire that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene on the reformer beds.

  • We sure do! We have a range of SUPER cute and functional grip socks available for purchase at reception.

  • We do! Our instructors are trained to support both pre and postnatal clients with safe modifications - however we do require clearance from your GP or health provider before attending.

  • Yes – you can download our app on Apple and Android to book classes, purchase packages and manage your schedule.

  • Simply log in to your account via our website or app, make sure you have an active package, choose your class, and book your spot!

  • We offer both! You can choose between flexible Class Packs or Unlimited Class Plans depending on your schedule and goals. There’s something for everyone!

  • Absolutely. Our Reformer classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors are pros at personalising the experience for you. Whether it’s your very first class or you’ve been doing Pilates for years, we’ll meet you where you’re at with guidance, modifications, and support to make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and challenged (in the best way).

    Think of us as your built-in hype squad, keeping you consistent, committed and crushing it! We’ve got you!

  • That totally depends on your goals, but 2–3 sessions per week is a great place to start for consistency and results. If you have any specific fitness or wellness goals we’re SO happy to chat with you and come up with a personalised plan together!

    Just a little love note: it can take up to 12 weeks to see visible changes, but trust us - you’ll start feeling stronger, more energised, and more confident much sooner!

  • Reformer Pilates is one of the most effective low-impact workouts for building strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and supporting overall mobility. It works your entire body - especially your core - while being gentle on the joints. You’ll find yourself moving better, standing taller, and feeling more connected to your body in everyday life. Plus, because every movement is controlled and intentional, it’s a great way to build long-term strength and stability without the burnout. It’s not just about working out - it’s about moving smarter and feeling strong, grounded & totally in your power!

  • Our community says it best - from our inclusive vibes and passionate instructors to our soft, welcoming space, Rebound is about more than just Pilates. It’s a place to feel supported, empowered, and like you actually want to work out - plus, it’s PINK! (say less)

  • You’re welcome to cancel your class anytime up to 4 hours before it starts with no penalty at all. If something comes up and you cancel within 4 hours, you’ll just forfeit the class credit. And if you forget to cancel and don’t attend, a $15 no-show fee will apply, along with the lost credit. We totally get that life happens – we just ask that you give us as much notice as you can so others don’t miss out on a spot in class.

  • Yes! Refer a friend via our app and you’ll BOTH receive a $10 account credit when they book their first class.
